Fitness at Forty - How to Achieve Long Lasting ResultsPosted on 01.01.2010 : Authored by Dr. Bret Hoffer
I'll start by saying, DNA has a lot to do with it, and why shouldn't it? DNA is our core, our blueprint, but it can be manipulated by adaptation. Here are some key points to note about getting that fit body you always wanted. 1. Decide to commit to a solid program- What I mean is don't go after the latest fad or as seen on TV gimmick. Although they may be effective for some it may not work for you. 2. Do your research- There are plenty of highly qualified experts that have proven results. I suggest you take the advice of someone you feel comfortable with and who has a proven track record of meeting the goals you desire. 3. Start by Keeping a daily log of nutrition and activity- The best way to stay focused and to analyze your pitfalls and progression is to write it down. 4. Wake up each day with excitement- Knowing that you have taken the most important step in changing your physique is a great motivator. Each day you do something on your goals list is another step to the finish. 5. Remember it's a time process- "Rome wasn't built in a day" and creating a human life takes nine months so if you are trying to get fast results, stop and be patient. It will come if you stick to the plan. There is no magic potion to get fitness results and those fad pills and concotions are only going to get your minimal results on their own and trick your body into an temporary state of change. You need a combination of solid, intense exercises, proper nutrition, motivation and commitment. Educate yourself and learn how to create a long term fitness and nutritional plan and you will less likely fall back into old habits. In my years of being a "guinea pig" for new product and programs in the fitness and fat loss market, I have only come across a few that are worthy of my approval. Yes, I have put my own body on the line to test these out before making a recommendation to anyone. Warp Speed Fat Loss by Mike Roussell is definitely at the top of the list. His programs make it easy and fun to lose fat, especially if you have had difficulty in the past. You can try his program out by going to www.staythinsolutions/wsfl.php I am sure you will be pleased and you get tons of information with the program along with a money back guarantee.
