Tips and Tricks to Natural Weight Loss Natural weight loss is work. Once that idea has been accepted, than you can move on. Anything worth having will take work. To change eating habits it will require not so much will power but commitment. You have to be committed to treating yourself better. Tip number one is cut back on the sugar. Processed sugar is everywhere, during week one of your quest on the natural weight loss journey, get rid of some sugar. You don't have to give it up entirely but just cut back by half. Give up soft drinks during this week as well, because truthfully they are so loaded down with sugar and empty calories they are just horrible for you anyway. Drink natural teas and water. You might want to start taking a walk, not a long walk just around the block a couple of times. Try doing that at least three times a week. Tip number two is to add something to your diet. Add flax seed to your diet and a little fiber sprinkled on your morning meal. Flax seed is great for your body and the additional fiber will make you feel full and keep you feeling full for longer. Tip number three is also to add something to your diet. Add green leafy vegetables to at least one meal of the day. This week is also a good week to commit to going organic, since you will be buying more vegetables anyway make them healthier by buying organic and avoid pesticides and other harmful chemicals. Tip number four is to switch to whole grain breads, bread is not bad for you, you need carbohydrates for energy, but white bread from bleached flour is pointless. Add a little color to your bread and switch to something that is whole grain. By now you should be almost completely cycled off your sugar habit, walking three times a week at least, eating more vegetables taking some extra fiber in and flax seed and generally feeling better. Keep only healthy options in the house, take snacks with you so you are not starving and tempted to eat at a fast food restaurant. Drink plenty of water which will help to satisfy hunger and keep your feeling your best. Losing weight naturally should result in about one to one and a half pounds of weight loss per week.
