We currently offer two types of traditional Russian Girevoy (Kettlebell) Sport Classes. We can accommodate anyone at any fitness level.
Beginning Girevoy Sport Athletes
Our beginning Girevoy Sport classes are 30 minutes in length and focus on the technical aspects of Classic Style (Jerk & Snatch) and Long Cycle exercises.
Advanced Girevoy Sport Athletes
Our advanced Girevoy Sport classes are 1 hour in length and focus on both the technical aspects of Classic Style (Jerk & Snatch) and Long Cycle exercises, as well as the strength and conditioning aspects that will make a Girevoy Sport Athlete stronger and more resilient.
