  1 Session = 1 Hour, Morning & Evening

 With "Unlimited Sessions" time is not an issue and you gain priority. Full line of Recovery is included (Steam Room, Jacuzzi, Sauna, cold & warm Swimming pools, etc).

 

$2000.00 - 40 Sessions - 30 min. 5 days per week twice a day (Full Line of Recovery is included)

$1300.00 - 20 Sessions -  30 min. 5 days per week once a day (Full Line of Recovery is included)

$1040.00 -  4 Sessions  per week 30 min.

$780.00 - 3 Sessions per week 30 min

 

Policy and Rules

1. Training sessions and trainers are not available at all times.

2. California Health & Fitness Center (CHFC) reserves the right to provide a substitute trainer

in the event of the original scheduled trainer being unavailable to conduct any or all sessions.

3.  All fees for this Fitness Service Agreement are immediately earned by CHFC. Except for your

right to cancel within three (3) days of this Agreement, you are not entitled to a refund.

4. 24 hr. notice is required to cancel a session; otherwise the member will be charged for the session.

 "...As I write these few words about my trainer Dmitri Sataev, I have recently ‘turned 60’.

Like so many guys; I trained with weights as a teenager and during my years in the military, but as I got older my training ‘faded’. I was 48 when I began to train with Dmitri and in the next four years I accomplished things I would have never dreamt of. He did more than teach me proper technique, exercises, movements, and workouts that increased my strength, endurance, flexibility, and mental acuity; he taught me to demand more of myself. Today I am at my high school football playing weight, literally. I can walk into the gym and squat 405 lbs. for reps. I’ve done 225 lbs. one handed dead lifts, and Farmer Walks with 125 lbs. dumbbells. I mention these numbers just to give you an idea of what I have achieved thanks to Dmitri’s training.
